Terms of Use
These terms set the basic boundaries for using Mivra safely and lawfully.
Provider and agreement
These terms are between you and KEYLAB OÜ, registration number 14676735, registered in Estonia, with a postal address at Männimäe, Pudisoo Küla 74626, Harju maakond/Estonia. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to App Store distribution; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Your account
You are responsible for protecting your credentials and recovery material. Usernames may not be reusable.
Acceptable use
Harassment, impersonation, spam, illegal content, and infringement of others' rights are prohibited.
Encryption and recovery
End-to-end encryption does not guarantee recovery after keys are lost. Account recovery codes do not replace message-encryption keys.
Moderation
Accounts may be suspended or closed for security, legal obligations, or community-rule violations. Review is limited to necessary, explicitly submitted evidence.
Service changes
Features and limits may change to protect security and continuity. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.
Liability boundary
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. KEYLAB OÜ is not responsible for failures caused by your device, network, Apple services, third parties, or use contrary to these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia without removing mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rights that apply where you live.
